These Terms of Sale apply to the TextCalm Premium subscription offered in the TextCalm AI application, published by Thibault Demars, a French sole trader (SIRET 840 556 914 00025) — 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France.
They supplement the TextCalm Terms of Use and, for purchases made through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The TextCalm Premium subscription provides access to the premium features presented in the application, including analyses beyond the free allowance and extended history.

The applicable price is the price displayed in the application and confirmed by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes and local currency conversion. Where an introductory offer applies only to the initial period, the purchase screen also displays the standard price and billing period that will apply afterwards. Prices may change; any change will apply only to future purchases or renewals after any notice required by applicable law.
Purchases are completed exclusively through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Apple or Google processes the payment under its own terms. Thibault Demars does not directly collect or process your payment-card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Thibault Demars does not issue prorated refunds; Apple or Google's applicable refund policy governs store transactions.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected. Where permitted by applicable law, including Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once immediate performance of digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose that right. Any additional withdrawal or refund rights offered by Apple or Google remain applicable.
For any complaint, contact support@textcalm.app. If our answer does not resolve the dispute, or if you have not received an answer, you may use the consumer mediation service below free of charge, under Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. The mediator may be contacted within one year of your written complaint to us.
